3. Identification Requirements

As per government regulations, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. Accepted IDs may include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID. International guests must provide a valid passport and visa.

4. Use of Hotel Facilities

Guests are expected to use the hotel rooms, restaurant, banquet halls, and other facilities responsibly. Any misuse, illegal activity, or behavior that disturbs other guests may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Restaurant and Dining Services

The restaurant operated by Hotel Suncity Palace serves food and beverages prepared under strict hygiene standards. Guests are expected to follow restaurant rules, including respectful behavior towards staff and other customers. Outside food and beverages may be restricted unless approved by the hotel management.

6. Payment and Charges

Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay, including accommodation, restaurant bills, room service, banquet services, and additional amenities. All payments must be cleared before check-out unless prior arrangements are made with the hotel management.

7. Property Damage and Liability

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, equipment, or facilities during their stay or event. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for repair or replacement costs if damage occurs.

8. Hotel Rights and Discretion

The management of Hotel Suncity Palace reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or remove any guest from the premises if their conduct violates hotel policies, causes disturbance, or threatens the safety and comfort of other guests.

9. Changes to Terms

The hotel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be applicable immediately upon publication on the hotel’s official website or premises.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of India. Any disputes arising from the use of hotel services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the local courts.
