Payment Policy

The following Payment Policy applies to all services provided by Hotel Suncity Palace, including hotel room reservations, restaurant dining, banquet bookings, and other services offered within the premises.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Hotel Suncity Palace accepts multiple payment methods for the convenience of guests. Payments can be made through cash, credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other digital payment platforms as accepted by the hotel.

2. Advance Payment

For certain reservations, group bookings, or banquet events, guests may be required to pay an advance amount to confirm the booking. The advance payment ensures reservation security and preparation of services by the hotel.

3. Room Payment

Guests staying at the hotel must settle their accommodation charges either at the time of check-in or check-out as per the hotel’s booking terms. In some cases, the hotel may request full or partial payment in advance.

4. Restaurant Billing

All restaurant and dining services must be paid immediately after the meal unless the guest is staying at the hotel and requests the bill to be charged to their room account.

5. Banquet and Event Payments

For banquets, meetings, weddings, and other events organized at Hotel Suncity Palace, a percentage of the total estimated cost must be paid in advance to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before or immediately after the event as agreed with hotel management.

6. Additional Charges

Guests will be responsible for any additional charges incurred during their stay, including room service, food and beverages, laundry services, event services, or any other amenities provided by the hotel.

7. Non-Payment or Delayed Payment

Failure to settle outstanding bills may result in cancellation of services, refusal of further services, or additional charges as per hotel policy.

8. Taxes and Service Charges

All applicable government taxes, service charges, or other statutory fees will be added to the final bill as per prevailing regulations.

9. Refund Processing

In case of eligible refunds, the amount will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable processing period as determined by the hotel’s financial policies.
