At Hotel Suncity Palace, we strive to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for all guests. This Damage and Liability Policy outlines the responsibilities of guests regarding hotel property and the hotel’s liability limitations.
1. Responsibility for Property Damage
Guests are expected to treat hotel property, including rooms, furniture, fixtures, equipment, restaurant facilities, and banquet areas, with care. Any damage caused to hotel property during a guest’s stay or event will be the responsibility of the guest or the person who made the booking.
2. Compensation for Damages
If any damage, breakage, or loss of hotel property occurs, Hotel Suncity Palace reserves the right to charge the guest for the repair, replacement, or restoration cost of the damaged item. The cost will be determined based on the extent of damage and the value of the property.
3. Damage During Events or Banquets
For events such as meetings, conferences, parties, weddings, or other gatherings held at the hotel, the event organizer will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel facilities, decorations, equipment, or property during the event.
4. Guest Liability for Misconduct
Guests will be held liable for any damages caused due to negligence, misuse of facilities, or inappropriate behavior within the hotel premises including guest rooms, restaurant, banquet halls, corridors, and parking areas.
5. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings. While the hotel takes reasonable measures to ensure guest safety, Hotel Suncity Palace shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items unless such liability is required by applicable law.
6. Liability Limitation
The hotel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of hotel services, facilities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the hotel.
7. Right to Take Action
Hotel Suncity Palace reserves the right to take necessary action, including charging the guest, terminating services, or involving appropriate authorities in cases of serious damage, vandalism, or illegal activities.
8. Policy Updates
The hotel management reserves the right to modify or update this Damage and Liability Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will apply to all guests and visitors using the hotel’s services.
