No-Show Policy

This No-Show Policy applies to all room reservations, restaurant bookings, and event reservations made with Hotel Suncity Palace.

1. Definition of No-Show

A No-Show occurs when a guest fails to arrive at the hotel on the confirmed reservation date without prior notice or cancellation within the permitted cancellation period.

2. Room Reservation No-Show

If a guest does not check in on the confirmed arrival date and does not inform the hotel in advance, the reservation will be marked as a No-Show. In such cases, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee which may include one night’s stay or the retention of any advance payment made during booking.

3. Reservation Release

In the event of a No-Show, Hotel Suncity Palace reserves the right to release the reserved room or facility for other guests after the designated check-in period has passed.

4. Group Bookings and Events

For group reservations, banquet events, or special arrangements, failure to arrive without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the advance payment or applicable cancellation charges as per the agreed booking terms.

5. Restaurant Reservations

Guests who make restaurant reservations but fail to arrive without prior notice may have their reservation cancelled and may be subject to restrictions on future reservations, especially in the case of special dining arrangements or large group bookings.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unavoidable circumstances such as travel delays or emergencies, guests are encouraged to inform the hotel as soon as possible. The management of Hotel Suncity Palace may consider such situations at its discretion.

7. Policy Updates

The hotel reserves the right to update or modify the No-Show Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest policy will apply to all reservations made with the hotel.
