Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all room reservations, restaurant bookings, banquet events, and services offered by Hotel Suncity Palace. By making a booking with the hotel, guests agree to the following cancellation and refund terms.

1. Room Reservation Cancellation

Guests may cancel their room reservation within the permitted cancellation period as specified during the booking process. Cancellations made within the allowed time may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the booking terms.

Cancellations made after the permitted period may result in cancellation charges, which may include a deduction equivalent to one night’s stay or a specified percentage of the booking amount.

2. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive at the hotel on the confirmed booking date without prior cancellation, the reservation will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, the hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable cancellation fee or retain the advance payment.

3. Banquet and Event Cancellation

For banquets, conferences, weddings, or other events organized at Hotel Suncity Palace, cancellation requests must be made well in advance. Advance deposits made for event bookings may be partially refundable or non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and preparation costs already incurred.

The hotel management reserves the right to deduct administrative or preparation charges before processing any refund.

4. Restaurant Reservation Cancellation

Guests who have reserved tables or dining arrangements are requested to inform the restaurant in advance if they wish to cancel their reservation. Failure to inform the hotel may result in cancellation of future reservations or applicable service charges in case of special arrangements.

5. Refund Processing

If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment used during the booking. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and financial procedures of the hotel.

6. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional offers, discounted rates, or special packages may be categorized as non-refundable bookings. In such cases, cancellations will not be eligible for any refund.

7. Hotel Cancellation Rights

Hotel Suncity Palace reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as operational issues, safety concerns, or events beyond the hotel’s control. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative arrangement or a refund as applicable.

8. Policy Changes

The hotel reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be applicable immediately upon publication on the hotel’s official communication channels.
