Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Suncity Palace. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and supportive throughout our stay. The location is convenient and makes it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, a good experience with decent service and value for money. Would recommend for a comfortable stay.

I had a very good experience during my 20-day stay at Hotel suncity palace katihar . The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. A special mention to Mr. Roshan from the front office – his professional approach and extra care truly stood out and made the dining experience even better. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in katihar .

There are so many hotel in Katihar town. Hotel Suncity is one of them. During our journey we stayed in this hotel 4 days. My experience for this hotel is quite different from other. This is the worst hotel in Katihar regarding its price, room service and staff attitude. Again Restaurant is also very worst. They try to just earn money any how and quality and quantity is very disappointed.
Not to stay in this hotel.
Not to go in their restaurant.
It's my humble request to you.

“One of the best restaurants I’ve visited recently! The moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly. The interiors are elegant yet comfortable. We ordered [dish names], and they were perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and beautifully served. The service team was attentive without being intrusive. Prices are fair considering the quality. Overall, a memorable experience—I’ll surely recommend this place to friends and family.
